You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrsin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pkrsin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify pkrsin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
pkrsin operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer standards. As part of this obligation, pkrsin may require players to submit identity verification documents prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
pkrsin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrsin does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payments originating from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. pkrsin reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Players will be notified of applicable limits during the deposit or withdrawal process within their account dashboard.
Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are generally credited to the pkrsin wallet instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take one to two business hours to reflect depending on the processing bank. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to volume and compliance checks.
pkrsin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges. pkrsin is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors or banks.
pkrsin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. All transactions are monitored. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. pkrsin reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable international obligations.
Note: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.
All bets and wagers placed on pkrsin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a specific product rule, the specific product rule shall prevail.
pkrsin reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, technical malfunctions, suspicious betting patterns indicative of match-fixing or insider knowledge, or the cancellation of a sporting event. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's pkrsin wallet.
Cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international Test series, and T20 tournaments, are governed by pkrsin's cricket betting rules. Live in-play markets are settled based on officially declared results from the relevant governing body. pkrsin accepts no responsibility for errors arising from reliance on unofficial score feeds.
All casino games offered on pkrsin — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and instant win titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanisms supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for each game are available within the game information panel. pkrsin does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communications disruption during a game session or live event, pkrsin will investigate the circumstances and apply a fair resolution in accordance with its internal technical error policy. Bets placed during confirmed system outages may be voided at pkrsin's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrsin and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
pkrsin employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, pkrsin may take immediate action including account restriction, balance freeze, voiding of all affected bets, and permanent account closure. pkrsin's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.
All content on the pkrsin Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface design, text, software, game assets, and domain names — is the exclusive property of pkrsin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pkrsin Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pkrsin. Unauthorised use of pkrsin intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
pkrsin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrsin excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. pkrsin's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrsin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to pkrsin. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after completion of applicable compliance checks.

Upon receipt of a closure request, pkrsin will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
